Kurt has over 20 years of experience within the IT enabled services industry, running contact center operations for industries like E-Commerce, Retail, Energy, Telecommunications, BFSI, Healthcare, Fintech and Consumer electronics.

Kurt has extensive insight into large scale Customer Experience operations, including disciplined and proven record of driving growth without losing sight of the needs of our partners. He also has a proven track record on service delivery, process improvement, client relationship management and business development across sites in Australia, India and the Philippines.

Kurt has worked with Amazon in setting up and running the Customer Service center in the Philippines, and the Managing Director at JobTarget. Kurt has experience and a proven track record of success in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
